And their baked goods look like the perfect fit for their location--a nice combination of old fashioned and rustic, but (as it looks and sounds) very precisely and well-made. The crumb quality on the top photo makes me want to weep. Seattle doesn't do crumb cakes nearly as well as the tri state area!
